Key Responsibilities:

- Website Design: Collaborate with designers to convert PSD/Sketch/Figma designs into responsive, high-performing WordPress websites.
- E-commerce Solutions: Build and maintain WooCommerce websites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of e-commerce features.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure website stability and security.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their vision is realized in the final product.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins, ensuring compatibility and security across all sites.
- Custom Functionality: Develop custom functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance the user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser compatibility and a flawless user experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio showcasing custom themes, plugins, and websites.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
- Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), website optimization tools, and task runners (e.g., Gulp, Grunt).
- Understanding of SEO: Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in WordPress.
